Direct bookers are eligible for complimentary late checkout until 2:00 PM when available. Luggage storage is available for guests arriving before their room is ready.

Yes. Our Honeymoon Paradise package includes 30% off the Honeymoon Pavilion plus champagne, couples' spa treatment, and a private beach dinner. For birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations, our concierge can arrange room decorations, custom cakes, floral arrangements, and private dining experiences.

Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan selected at booking. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Moderate rates require cancellation at least 7 days in advance. Strict and promotional rates may be non-refundable. Full policy details are displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

Absolutely. We welcome families with children of all ages. Our Family Connecting Rooms sleep up to six guests, Verdant Kids Club offers supervised activities for ages 4–12, and the pool has a dedicated children's wading area. Baby cots, high chairs, and children's menus are available upon request at no extra charge.

All room rates include daily breakfast buffet, WiFi, access to the infinity pool, fitness centre, beach club with loungers and towels, and scheduled shuttle service to Kata Beach. Spa treatments, restaurant à la carte dining, activities, and airport transfers are available at additional cost unless included in a package.

Yes. Private airport transfers from Phuket International Airport take approximately 45 minutes and can be booked through our concierge. Complimentary one-way transfers are included for direct bookings of three nights or more. Shared shuttle service is also available at a reduced rate.

The Cliff Thai Cuisine accommodates vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and allergy-specific dietary requirements. Please inform us of any dietary needs at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before your dining reservation so our culinary team can prepare suitable options.
