These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Verdant Bay Resort & Spa website and your reservation at our property in Phuket, Thailand. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Reservations & Booking
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated. The guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for all charges incurred during the stay.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for booking upon check-in. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.
Cancellation & Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies vary by rate plan and are specified at the time of booking. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified. No-shows will be charged the full stay amount. Group bookings of five rooms or more are subject to separate cancellation terms.
Payment
Full payment or a deposit as specified in your booking confirmation is required to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). All incidental charges during your stay will be settled upon check-out. Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.
Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and comply with resort policies. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and designated non-smoking zones. The resort reserves the right to evict guests engaging in disruptive, illegal, or dangerous behaviour without refund. Damage to resort property will be charged to the guest's account.
Limitation of Liability
Verdant Bay Resort & Spa is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guest property except where caused by proven negligence. We recommend guests secure valuables in in-room safes or the front desk safe deposit. The resort is not responsible for injuries sustained during voluntary participation in activities, excursions, or use of facilities.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or utility failures. In such events, the resort will offer rebooking or credit vouchers at its discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket, Thailand. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
